I overcame immense challenges growing up on the Southside of Chicago in a single parent home. Despite obstacles like gang violence, drug abuse and homelessnes, I pursued academic excellence and a career in financial services. With over 25 years of experience driving strategy, leading high functioning teams, developing talent and serving clients for some of the most prominent Wealth Management firms across the U.S.

In addition, my journey from hardship to leadership inspired me to create Beyond the Sky-a mentoring movement to help individuals envision a world beyond their current circumstances.

I currently reside in Arizona with my wife, Tiwanna and 3 daughters; Amiah, Kaylee and Meghan. 

In my free time I enjoy coaching Amiah and Meghan in Flag Football, watching Kaylee dance and making lasting memories as a family.
